The Parking Permit Renewal Portal will be open from April 14 – 25, 2025. During this period, current permit holders can log in to their Georgia Tech Driver Seat account and renew their parking permit for the upcoming academic year. Renewing a permit is easy, it only takes a few minutes to complete and all you need is your vehicle information. All permits are virtual, so once you renew, you are good to go for the upcoming academic year.
Looking to purchase a new permit? General permit sales begin on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Aug 15, 2025 – Aug 14, 2026
Do I need to pick up my renewed parking permit?
No, your permit is virtual and is connected to your license plate number. Once you renew, be sure to keep your vehicle information up to date.
Can I park in multiple locations with a permit?
You may park one vehicle in one assigned location at any time, except when you are asked to park in an alternative parking area due to a lot closure or special event.
Can I switch my permit location during renewals?
No. Renewals are only for your current parking permit. Location changes can be made during the general sales starting on Monday, July 7, 2025.
