What’s the difference between the SmartPark and FlexPark permit options?

The FlexPark permit offers all the capabilities of the SmartPark permit with added benefits. Each FlexPark unit now covers an entire day of parking, allowing unlimited in/out access — unlike SmartPark, which charged per exit. Your unit balance updates in your Driver Seat account the day after each use.

How do I get a FlexPark permit?

You can purchase a FlexPark permit by visiting the Driver Seat Portal. If you need assistance, our PTS Customer Service Center is here to help.

What happens to my remaining SmartPark units?

You can continue to use your SmartPark units at the following locations until they transition to the new gate system:

W02: Student Center Deck

W22: Dalney Deck

    W23: North Deck

Can I transfer my SmartPark units to FlexPark units?

Yes! This will be necessary if you park in areas where the new gate system has been installed.  To convert your remaining SmartPark balance toward a FlexPark permit, contact PTS at 404.894.0061 or email support@pts.gatech.edu.
